located on Capel Sound Beach at Rosebud West and is situated right on the beach.
It is well equipped with
table, chairs, sink, running water, paddle board and you can even run the TV via
the generator.....the perfect Beach Escape.

Hi Jane, Thanks for your phone call. We had a lovely weekend away - it's such a great area and the house was great. Having the downstairs area with the pool table was perfect for the kids (they spent a lot of time down there in the evening) and we were able to enjoy the remaining space upstairs. Tariff Guide
- Last minute accommodation bookings - less than 2 weeks: 30% discount.
- Mid week Sunday to Thursday - $495.00 per night (min. 2 nights)
- Weekends Friday and Saturday - $595.00 per night (min. 2 nights - 3rd night @ $250.00)
- Long weekends - $625.00 per night (min. 3 nights)
- Weekly bookings mid year - $3,000.00 per week
- Weekly bookings Boxing day till end of Jan - $4,000.00 per week.
- New years Eve week is $5,500.00
