Accommodation Booking Policy
- Bookings essential for all accommodation properties:
- A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Please make cheques payable to "Moonah Ridge."
- For early Christmas/New, Summer bookings a deposit of 25% is required with the remaining 25% payable in October.
- Accommodation serviced weekly.
- Linen and towels provided.
- Check-in is at 4.00 pm
- Check-out is at 12 noon unless other arrangements have been agreed upon.
- We have a single booking policy for each property so you can be assured of complete privacy.
- Payment Methods: Cash, Cheque, Visa, MasterCard
Cancellation Policy
We understand that under certain circumstances you may need to change your plans. Please be aware that cancellation fees do apply.
- 21 days prior to reservation - 15% of deposit
- 7-20 days prior to reservation - 50% of deposit
- less than 7 days prior to reservation - full deposit is forfeited.
